Batesville debuted its newest offerings at the 2025 NFDA International Convention & Expo.
“Families today want more choices, personalization options and tools that make the planning process easier,” said Jenn Parvin, chief marketing officer at Batesville. “Our newest offerings reflect those needs, combining tradition and care with
forward-thinking design and innovation.”
Some of Batesville’s new products and services include:
• Two 18-gauge steel selections: the NV1 Tuscany Silver and the NV1 Burnished Silver
• The cherry-stained Crimson Montgomery, which serves as a dual-disposition casket for cremation or burial
• Additions to the Family Choices line, including the LifeStories Memory Frame, a customizable frame for displaying photos and mementos, and LifeStories Life Touch Interiors, crafted casket interiors that reflect the life and personality of the loved one
• The Family Choices Digital Showroom, an intuitive online tool that helps families choose from Batesville’s casket, cremation and customization options
• Upgrades to Halcyon by Batesville, the company’s cloud-based management suite, including chain-of-custody body-tracking with QR codes, seamless integration with Express Funeral Funding for faster claims processing, and expanded API connectivity
• The Gallery Series, a curated selection of on-trend, decor-inspired cremation urns
• The Family Choices Urn line, featuring new opportunities for customization with LifeStories Medallions and LifeSymbols
• The expanded NewPointe line, offering striking new colors and designs with the Nebula, Atlas and Starlight collections
At the NFDA Convention, Batesville also introduced its Remembrance Store, a co-branded e-
commerce storefront designed to generate incremental revenue streams for funeral homes. The Remembrance Store offers families who prefer to shop online the convenience of purchasing through their trusted funeral home. This extends sales opportunities beyond the traditional arrangement conference. Plus, funeral homes earn a commission on every sale. Batesville manages everything, including setup, maintenance, fulfillment and customer support. The customized, co-branded storefront can be up and running in just a few weeks.
In other news, Batesville sold its Management Information Systems (MIS) business to PlotBox, which offers a cloud-native software platform for cemetery, crematory and funeral home management. Effective immediately, this move enables both companies to make strategic investments that better align with their respective areas of expertise. PlotBox and Batesville are working together to ensure a seamless transition for MIS customers.
Finally, Batesville’s legacy of craftsmanship and service, its reliability and stability, and its North American manufacturing and distribution network led Private Label to name Batesville its recommended North American supplier of choice. The relationship is designed to provide funeral professionals flexibility and peace of mind, supported by Batesville’s long-standing reputation for quality, service and innovation.
“We are proud to work with Flanner Buchanan to support Private Label customers, ensuring continuity of service and supply-chain reliability for funeral professionals,” said Parvin. “Batesville is dedicated to helping funeral homes streamline operations, grow their business and elevate the planning experience for families.” Batesville.com
