Wyoming licensing note: Funeral Establishment permits are issued to one funeral service practitioner or organization per establishment. If funeral establishment permit is issued to an organization, a Wyoming licensed funeral service practitioner must be designated as responsible for providing funeral practice services and oversight to the employees of the funeral establishment.
