Sotka is seasoned in construction document interpretation and understanding, communicates well with local subcontractors and onsite staff, and has the ability, knowledge and product familiarity to successfully complete each project. Sotka began his career in general construction before assuming additional responsibilities as a mechanical and residential designer. He has more than six years of involvement in the construction trades, and with his hands-on experience and knowledge, he will enhance The Tribute Companies’ construction team.

The company has also hired John Trojan as a project manager/construction superintendent. Trojan, who has served the professional community with construction management, project management and business development for more than 30 years, will be responsible for bidding and estimating new construction, renovation and expansion projects, as well as traveling throughout the country to manage and supervise construction projects with Tribute’s team of installation specialists.
