Riley Facer has succeeded Jon Lefrandt as CEO of Domani Preneed. Facer has served as chief revenue officer for The Domani Group since its founding in 2018. Lefrandt will remain CEO of Domanicare and was also appointed senior vice president of consumer experience for Homesteaders Life Company (see next entry).

Facer co-founded Domani Preneed but began his career in funeral service roughly 10 years ago as a personal preneed producer in Cleveland, Ohio. He sold more than $1.5 million in his first nine months and grew into a training and management role, helping to manage more than $40 million in annual preneed sales in Ohio and throughout the greater Midwest.
