Passages International’s 2021 digital product catalog was created to enable funeral homes to present eco-friendly urns and caskets to families choosing non-traditional options; it also features several new urns and caskets.

The catalog is organized to follow the product decision-making process families generally go through when arranging funerals, i.e., the selection of a casket or shroud for cremation or natural burial, followed by a presentation of urns organized by usage, and then memorial pieces and jewelry. The catalog does not include pricing or funeral industry jargon.

The new modular layout allows funeral homes to customize the catalog presentation for their specific needs. For example, a firm on the coast that performs a high number of water memorials might want a specific module featuring biodegradable urns suitable for placement in water. A funeral home that focuses on natural burial might use only the Natural and Green Burial Module, which includes shrouds and wicker caskets.

The new flip format can be shared with families for review in the comfort of their homes or on their own devices. Printed copies are discouraged but can be printed in the funeral home and/or are available by request.
