Precoa’s Funeral Planning Center set a record number of appointments in a single day for the company. On January 5, more than 110 scheduling specialists set 895 appointments with families that had expressed interest in preplanning through one of the company’s multichannel lead-generation programs. That single-day record is 206 more appointments than the previous best. Just 35 specialists set 525 of the appointments.

“Our team is made up of so many caring, talented individuals,” said Matt West, associate vice president of the Funeral Planning Center. “They create authentic connections on behalf of funeral homes, and their blend of consistent support and guidance can’t be replicated. I’m so proud they set this record but even more proud of their dedication to helping families.”

In other news, Precoa recently honored team members who exemplify the heart of the company’s mission and the values that guide its work. Selected through a peer-nomination process, each winner was announced with a heartfelt introduction that illustrated the ways in which they live out the company’s core values.
