Have an idea that could help other funeral professionals? A process that transformed your funeral home? A lesson learned the hard way?
This is your moment.
NFDA is now accepting presentation proposals for two of our most impactful events:
- 2026 NFDA International Convention & Expo • October 25–28 • Charlotte, NC
- 2026 NFDA Professional Women’s Conference • May 6–9 • St. Petersburg, FL
Whether you’re a seasoned presenter or have never stood behind a podium, we want to hear from you. Some of our most memorable sessions come from first-time speakers who simply had a powerful idea or fresh perspective to share.
Why Present?
These national platforms bring together professionals eager for inspiration, practical strategies and new ways to serve families. If you’ve solved a problem, developed a process, improved communication or tried something innovative, you already have something valuable to offer.
Past presenters frequently describe the experience as energizing and fully supported: “NFDA staff made the entire experience exceptional.”
What We’re Looking For
NFDA welcomes proposals for one- or two-hour sessions on topics including:
- Business operations
- Compliance & legal
- Consumer care
- Embalming & restorative art
- Disposition
- Innovation & technology
- Marketing & professional development
We’re especially interested in sessions that provide actionable takeaways, explore emerging ideas, inspire excellence and bring new voices to the stage. Accepted proposals may be considered for either event.
Never Presented Before? Even Better.
You don’t need to be a professional speaker. You just need a point of view and a passion for helping others. If you’ve ever thought, “Someone should talk about this…” that someone might be you.
