The NFDA Service of Remembrance, celebrating the lives of funeral service professionals who died during the past year, will be held on Tuesday, October 28 during the 2025 NFDA International Convention & Expo in Chicago.

If there is an NFDA member, employee of a member firm, immediate family member of a member or retired member who died during the last year whom you would like to have recognized during the service and included in the printed program, please submit their name using our simple online form.

If we receive a decedent’s name from multiple states, the name will be listed under the state in which they last resided.

Names must be submitted by Tuesday, July 1, to be included in the 2025 Service of Remembrance. Names received after this date will be recognized in the 2026 service.
