We’d like to introduce you to Make the Connection (MTC, www.maketheconnection.net), a vital mental health resource designed for veterans, by veterans. Whether it's the challenges associated with military service or the impact of current events, MTC offers a platform where veterans can find real stories from those who have faced similar struggles and discover the support they need. MTC even features resources for veterans who may be grieving the death of a loved one or friend, making this a helpful website to share with your community and the families you serve.
