On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court issued an order blocking OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard that would have required employees of large employers (100 or more employees) to either get vaccinated or to test negative on a weekly basis.
Unless a further order is issued by the Court, the Emergency Temporary Standard is blocked nationwide in its entirety. Click here to learn more.
