The Funeral Service Foundation and NFDA teamed up to offer a free resource entitled “Grieving Alone & Together: Responding to the Loss of Your Loved One During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” written by expert on death, dying and bereavement Sara Murphy, Ph.D., CT.
Dr. Murphy will join funeral director Mark Krause and Executive Director of the Funeral Service Foundation Lee Wiensch to discuss the impact the pandemic is having on grief and loss and how funeral directors can continue to strengthen relationships with grieving families and support communities during these challenging times.
