Update - May 14, 2020: The opportunity to add your name to this list closed at 4 p.m. CT on May 13. We sent the list of names to Amazon.com on May 14 and expect it to take approximately two-weeks for them to add your names to their system. You will receive and email from Amazon.com or NFDA letting you know when you can begin ordering. We appreciate your patience. 

As you may know, Amazon has been restricting the purchase of PPE via www.amazon.com to medical personnel only. As such, NFDA has been working with Amazon to loosen this restriction and allow NFDA members to purchase PPE supplies.

NFDA is pleased to announce that Amazon has agreed to sell PPE to NFDA members who are on an approved PPE purchasing list. So, every member who’s interested in purchasing PPE must complete the form that can be found on the "Availability of PPE" page of our COVID-19 Information Hub. You must be logged in to access the form. 

Once members have complete the form, it will automatically be uploaded to NFDA and your funeral home will be placed on the NFDA/Amazon PPE approved purchaser list.

To participate, your form must be completed by Wednesday, May 13th by 4:00 p.m. central daylight time. After that it may take another two weeks for Amazon to complete their process. NFDA or Amazon will notify you when you can begin ordering supplies.

NFDA members who are also members of their state association in NJ, PA, MA or NY should contact their state association directly for details as those states already have an ordering procedure in place with Amazon.
