Several members have recently contacted NFDA about receiving calls from a credit card processing company that implied it was endorsed by the association. TSYS is NFDA’s only endorsed credit card processor. 

If you are a current TSYS client, the company has access to all your account information. No one from TSYS will call and say they need to review your statements due to a recent rate increase. If you get a call from a credit card processing company, be careful with whom you share your statements. Credit card processing companies aren’t the only businesses that may claim to be affiliated with or endorsed by NFDA. Over the years, many different kinds of businesses have claimed to be recommended by NFDA; however, only a select few have earned an endorsement from the association. You're welcome to use any product or service of your choosing; however, if a company implies they are endorsed by NFDA, please verify that fact before agreeing to use their service or product.
