We regret to inform you that Pasquale Folino has resigned from the NFDA Board of Directors, effective immediately. Pasquale has served on the Board of Directors since 2017 when he was elected to the position of at-large representative. He expressed appreciation for the opportunity to serve his national association in this capacity; however, he has decided it is time for him to step aside and devote his energies to serving the families in his communities.

Pasquale’s term would have been completed in October 2019 and the Board of Directors has decided it will not hold a special election to fill the uncompleted term. Rather, the Board will wait for the two new at-large representatives to be elected in July by the NFDA Policy Board. Those two new members of the Board will begin their terms of service immediately following the 2019 NFDA International Convention & Expo in Chicago.

The NFDA Board of Directors extends it appreciation to Pasquale for his volunteer service to the association and wish him well as he continues to serve families with care and compassion.
