The NFDA Service of Remembrance, celebrating the lives of funeral professionals who died during the past year, will be held on Tuesday, October 16 during the 2018 NFDA International Convention & Expo in Salt Lake City. This year’s theme recognizes the importance of music in funerals and will feature extraordinary vocalists and musicians.

We need your help.

During the Service of Remembrance, we want to recognize NFDA members, employees of members, immediate family of members and retired members. If there is someone who died between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018, that you believe should be recognized during the service and whose name should be published in the Service of Remembrance program, we ask that you submit their name to NFDA.

All names should be submitted through our simple online form, www.nfda.org/names. If we receive a decedent’s name from multiple states, the name will be listed in the program under the state in which they last resided.

Names must be submitted by Monday, July 16, 2018, to be included. If information is not received by the deadline, names will not be included.
