The CPC designation is the only national certification program in the specialized field of advance funeral planning. It sets you apart from the competition, increases consumer confidence and helps promote preplanning in your community.

Topics include preplanning principles, the FTC Funeral Rule, ethics, funding options, contract standards, attentive listening skills, marketing principles, customer service excellence, consultative sales, and creating meaningful funeral ceremonies. There are 75 multiple-choice questions on the two-hour exam.
