Flanner Buchanan (Indianapolis) announced that Andrew P. Buchanan has joined Buchanan Group as chief operating officer. This marks the fifth generation of Buchanan family leadership within the organization. He will work closely with executive leadership and teams across all divisions to advance the company’s tradition of operational excellence and compassionate service.

Buchanan joins the company from financial services firm Robert W. Baird, where he served as a senior analyst. During his tenure, he earned the 2024 Tops of Ops Award in recognition of his leadership in process improvement, technology integration and interdepartmental collaboration. His expertise in data-driven decision-making, efficiency and organizational development will play a key role in strengthening Flanner Buchanan’s operations and long-term strategy.
