Bruce Adam Eckersell

owner, Eckersell Memorial Chapel, Rigby, Idaho, died March 9, 2016, at age 88. Eckersell continued his education at Ricks College and then attended and graduated from San Francisco College of Mortuary Science. He lived in Rigby, where he worked with his father and eventually owned Eckersell Memorial Chapel. Eckersell served as president of the Idaho Funeral Service Association, was appointed by the governor to serve on the Idaho State Board of Morticians and was president of the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards. He was also a member of NFDA. He is survived by wife Luana; children Paula, Shauna, Laine, Lisa, Clair and Terry; 28 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
