About Eileen: Eileen Hollis grew up in her parents' house above Hollis Funeral Home. She graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BFA in Dance, but later returned to school to get an associate's degree in Mortuary Science from Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). She won the 2016 graduating student award in restorative art. In October 2017, she became a fully licensed funeral director and embalmer.
Eileen has since built a following on TikTok and Instagram discussing life as a Funeral Director. She also uses social media to demystify death and funeral service. No question is taboo...she's happy to answer all the questions people have been too scared to ask. Eileen plans to carry on her father's legacy and take over Hollis Funeral Home.
