The Coral Connection
The Coral Connection is a vibrant social networking hub at the heart of the Professional Women’s Conference experience designed for women in funeral service to come together in a community that truly understands their unique experiences.
Conveniently located in the Horizons Portico, just outside the Pavilion, this welcoming space will offer refreshments, activities and the chance to create meaningful connections.
Wednesday, May 6, 4:45 – 5:30 p.m.
- First-Timers Welcome Circle – a casual meet-up where first-time attendees can connect with each other and get their questions answered by experienced conference participants
- Seaside Salon - create your own mermaid look for the welcome party with fairy hair and sea sparkles
Puppy Yoga*
Puppies. Yoga. Endless love. Unwind, stretch, and smile with a joyful puppy yoga experience that blends relaxation with playful, feel-good moments.
There are four sessions available on a first-come, first-served basis:
- Thursday: 6:30 – 7 a.m. or 7:30 – 8 a.m.
- Friday: 6:30 – 7 a.m. or 7:30 – 8 a.m.
Enjoy stretching, playing and cuddling while still making it to the 8:30 a.m. morning session.

RumFish Lawn at The TradeWinds Resort
Kick off the conference at Mermaids & Martinis, a breezy oceanfront welcome reception where professional women can unwind, connect, and toast to new opportunities with coastal cocktails, light bites, and inspiring conversation.
Attendees are encouraged to channel the magic of the sea and let their inner mermaid shine—think flowing fabrics, shimmering accents, ocean hues, and a touch of sparkle. Embrace the fun, get creative, and make waves with your look.
