The Westin Riverwalk

Thrive during your stay at The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio. Situated on the Riverwalk's quiet end, our upscale hotel is near the Pearl District, home to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Walk to the historic Alamo or the Spanish Governor’s Palace to admire its white adobe architecture.

The room rate is $215 cityside or $235 riverside plus tax.

The NFDA room block is currently sold out. We encourage you to view a list of nearby hotels HERE. If you would like to be added to a waiting list in the event a room opens up, please contact your MSR with your preferred dates and any current rooming information.

If you have booked a room and can no longer attend, please reach out to your MSR before cancelling your room.

NFDA partners with Delta to provide special airfare rates to NFDA Professional Women's Conference attendees!

You are eligible for one of two flight discounts:

  • 2% discount on the four lowest fares in the market

Or

  • 5% discount on all other fares

You may also call Delta Meeting Network at 1.800.328.1111 Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (CT) and refer to Meeting Event Code NY27D. There is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via this reservation 800-number.

Valid discounted travel dates for the Professional Women's Conference are May 2-May 10, 2023

The fine print: Not all fares are eligible for a discount; Discounts apply to round trip travel only;  Not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers; Fare rules will determine eligibility.

Car Rental Discounts

The NFDA assists travelers through our Endorsed Provider Member Benefits program.

To take advantage, please contact the rental car companies directly for special rates:

San Antonio International Airport Car rental counters are located in the lobby of the Consolidated Car Rental Facility. Take the elevator or escalator to the Mezzanine Level in Terminal B and cross the Sky Bridge.

Uber/Lyft

Ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft are also available as transportation options.

Download the app for your preferred ride-sharing company and find the right ride for your needs, whether it is to and from the airport or around the area. 

Approved rideshare services (or ride-hailing or ride-booking service companies) meet customers on the outer commercial curbside, lower level of Terminal A.


Taxis

Taxi cabs are available at the outer commercial curbside at Terminal A. For assistance, please see the Airport Ground Transportation employee (wearing red shirt). Fares to San Antonio downtown areas start at $24 – $29 (U.S.) per taxi cab. (Up to 6 may share a cab, if both luggage and passengers fit safely.)
