You may also call Delta Meeting Network at 1.800.328.1111 Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (CT) and refer to Meeting Event Code NMVAZ. There is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via this reservation 800-number.

Valid discounted travel dates for the Leadership Conference are July 5-15, 2022

The fine print: Not all fares are eligible for a discount; Discounts apply to round trip travel only;  Not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers; Fare rules will determine eligibility.

Car Rental Discounts

The NFDA assists travelers through our Endorsed Provider Member Benefits program.

To take advantage, please contact the rental car companies directly for special rates:

  • Avis - AWD Code: B291038
  • Budget - BCD Code: R198138

Orlando is the largest rental car market in the world, with most of the major car rental companies located on-airport, without the need for a shuttle bus to pick up your rental car. The on-airport rental car companies are located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).

Uber/Lyft

Ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft are also available as transportation options.

Download the app for your preferred ride-sharing company and find the right ride for your needs, whether it is to and from the airport or around the area.

Cost ranges from $40-$50. If you are being picked up from Orlando International Airport (MCO), meet your driver at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2).

Taxi Cabs

If you are in terminal A of the Orlando International Airport (MCO), taxi cabs are located in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2) on the A-Side of the Terminal. If you are in terminal B, taxi cabs are located in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2) on the B-Side of the Terminal.

Cost ranges from $52-$68 for metered fares. Flat rate fees are not authorized in the City of Orlando, therefore, metered rates may vary.

Learn more about ground transportation from the Parking and Transportation department of the Orlando International Airport.

Thank you to our sponsors!
