Stephanie Wagner - Chief Marketing Officer

Responsible for oversight of the NFDA Communications division, including marketing, public relations, publications, art direction/branding, social media, consumer outreach initiatives, and research. This role also oversees the Association’s strategic planning process, working with all departments to ensure all are prepared and aligned to meet the Association’s goals.

Gail Marquardt - Vice President, Consumer Engagement

Provide leadership in the development, strategic oversight, creation and implementation of innovative and effective marketing and communication strategies to further NFDA's consumer initiative, Remembering A Life.

Jessica Koth - Director of Public Relations

Responsible for the development and overall management of NFDA's external communications and community relations strategy. Creates and maintains programs to further the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of the funeral service profession, NFDA and its members. Responsible for NFDA's public affairs communications efforts.

The Marketing Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating communications activities at the Association with a focus on managing the day-to-day tactical marketing activities.

Manages all stages of a wide variety of print and electronic communications materials and maintains positive working relationships with outside vendors.

Deana Gillespie - Research Manager

Devise appropriate methods and procedures for obtaining relevant quantitative and qualitative data about association operations and the funeral service industry; compile, analyze, organize, and report on data to create an accurate research database that will assist association leaders and management with fiscal, program, and policy decision-making in accordance with NFDA's strategic plan.
