Requirements:

Transport of Human Remains

1. Certified copy of Death certificate
2. Burial/Transit Permit
3. Passport of decedent and Moroccon ID card
4. Birth Certificate (if available)
5. Embalmer's affidavit
6. Letter of non-contagious disease from local health authority
7. Funeral home letter stating: 1) only remains are inside the casket 2) flight itinerary; 3) consignee's name, address, and telephone number; 4) Name of the cemetery      
8. Statement that all expenses are paid in full including air fare
9. Consul will issue a letter of permission to ship
