Requirements:

Transport of Human Remains

1. Certified copy of Death certificate
2. Notarized letter of no contagious disease
3. Embalmers affidavit
   1. Letter stating that the remains are of no commercial value
4. Casket – no restrictions
5. Zinc-lined shipping box
6. The family must make contact with the local authorities in Curacao, and the authorities will decide if any further paperwork is needed
7. No consul legalization, fee, or inspection: one certified copy of the death certificate should be sent to the consul for their records
