2. To every client-family email address (and to additional emails for other family members if the family chooses), OurSimpleSurvey will automatically send a customized invitation letter one week after the funeral service with a link to the online satisfaction survey.
3. When a survey is completed and submitted online, results are automatically emailed to designated staff at your firm. You also receive an emailed snapshot report each Sunday of all survey responses for the last 30 days. Data is maintained indefinitely in your easily accessible account.

Paper-based surveys do remain available with NFDA OurSimpleSurvey. The management system allows you to print out invitation letters and surveys if someone does not happen to have Internet access.
