Bank of America Credit Card Processing: New Equipment Required for Transition

Bank of America Merchant Services, NFDA's endorsed provider of credit card processing services, is requiring all clients to transition to their preferred platform. Bank of America does not intend to maintain old platforms much longer and will assess a "non-preferred platform fee" to those clients who have not made the transition. If you have not yet made the transition, you must do so by August 31.

To begin the process of transitioning to the preferred platform, you must call Bank of America at 800-542-4121 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. EST). As part of the transition process, you may be required to upgrade your equipment because if it cannot be supported on our preferred platform or it does not meet mandates for cardholder data security.

Bank of America is offering a special discount to NFDA members on its most popular terminal, the FD100Ti, which has a suggested retail price of $599; the exclusive price for NFDA members will be $203. With the FD100Ti you will enjoy:
