NFDA Announces 2024 Officer Candidates for Board of Directors March 01, 2024 NFDA is pleased to announce the Leadership Development Committee’s list of qualified candidates for open officer seats on the NFDA Board of Directors. Officers on the NFDA Board of Directors will be elected by qualified NFDA members during an electronic election held June 13 through 26. The officers who are elected will serve a one-year term that begins after the 2024 NFDA International Convention & Expo in October. The individual elected to the office of president-elect will automatically become president following the 2025 NFDA Convention. At-Large Representative Candidates NFDA will announce the candidates for the two open at-large representative seats on the Board of Directors on or before March 15. The at-large representatives who are elected will serve two-year terms that begin following the 2024 NFDA Convention. During the 2024 NFDA Leadership Conference, taking place July 29 through August 1 in Ponte Vedra, Florida, state association representatives will elect two at-large representatives. State association representatives are the voting representatives from each state who cast the votes on behalf of their state for the at-large representatives on the NFDA Board of Directors.
