&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 6px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About Dalene:&lt;/strong&gt; Dalene Paull is Executive Director of The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards, Inc. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in public administration. She began her career with The Conference in 1998 as a registrar and a year later, began serving as Assistant Executive Director. She was named Executive Director in 2002.  Dalene has served as a board member for the Federation of Associations of Regulatory Boards since 2008 and was president from 2021-2023.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;About Leili:  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background:white"&gt;&lt;span new="" roman="" times=""&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span style="border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span arial=""&gt;Leili&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span arial=""&gt; McMurrough is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and a licensed attorney. &lt;span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in"&gt;Leili&lt;/span&gt; received her B.A. from Lehigh University, her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her Associate degree from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service. &lt;span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in"&gt;Leili&lt;/span&gt; is the President at Worsham College and works at McMurrough Funeral Chapel in Libertyville, Illinois. She is also the Chair of the American Board of Funeral Service Education Committee on Accreditation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
