Registration Fees:

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are available through the Funeral Service Foundation. Please visit the FSF website, www.funeralservicefoundation.org or call Kathy Wisnefski at 877-402-5900 to request an application form.
Continuing Education: The Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice and most funeral service state boards approve the Professional Women’s Conference program for 9 hours of continuing education credit. For more information about continuing education approval, call your state licensing board or an NFDA member services representative at 800-228-6332.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for Professional Women’s Conference registration and/or special events must be received in writing, via fax or U.S. Post, on or before March 26, 2013, to entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received after March 26, 2013, and no-shows will not receive a refund.
NFDA reserves the right to cancel the program due to circumstances beyond its control. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a program, registrants will have the option to either receive a full registration refund or transfer registration to the same program at a future date. NFDA’s liability for any cancellation is limited to a refund of the registration fee and shall not extend to any other claims, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, cancellation fees, lost wages, inconvenience and other related costs.
