Bailey received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville, an MBA from the University of Dallas and graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He was a past president of Portage Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow, a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and past president of Ring 342. He is survived by wife Kris, daughters Lauren and Leslie, son Jordan and father Robert.
