of Millard E. Latimer & Son Funeral Home, Rochester, New York, died March 25, 2011. Latimer attended Howard University in Washington, D.C., and in 1949 graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science, after which he began his apprenticeship in his father’s business. He left to serve in the Korean War with the U.S. Air Force. He earned his funeral service license in 1955 and joined the family business. He is survived by wife Maggie; children Denise, Monique, Steven, Lisa and Millena; and three grandchildren.
