Health Care Reform Bill: What You Need to Do To Be in Compliance on January 1, 2013

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the health care reform bill that was passed by Congress and signed into law by the President, has already begun to take effect; other provisions will be implemented in the years to come. You should be aware that several important provisions in the bill that will go into effect on January 1, 2013.

Below are links to documents prepared by staff of the House Committee on Small Business that summarize the changes that will become effective in 2013 and 2014.

To help employers understand their compliance obligations under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, NFDA will host a webinar on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, from 1-2 p.m. The webinar will be FREE to members and will be presented by SESCO Management Consultants, NFDA's endorsed human resources consultants.
