The basics of Medicaid funeral exclusions must be absolutely clear to everyone at your firm!

Ensure that every preplanner at your firm understands funeral options available for Medicaid applicants looking to spend down cash and insurance. Show families how funding can be set aside for the applicant’s and spouse’s funeral expenses. Gilligan will include a review of the information every preneed contract must have to protect consumers – and your firm. Sample contracts and provisions provided. You will learn:
