Transport of Human Remains

1. Certified copy of Death certificate
2. Burial/Transit Permit
3. Passport of decedent
4. Embalmer's affidavit
5. Letter of non-contagious disease
6. Casket - sealer-type metal
7. Air tray (wood base)

Transport of Cremated Remains

1. Urn placed in an outer container
2. Cremation Affidavit
3. Cremation Certificate

Due to the fact most citizens are Buddhist, religion states that they must be cremated
