• Commitment to minimum number of candidates.
• Screen and digital projector for PowerPoint presentation (optional).
• Refreshments and lunches for participants (no lunch day of examination).

2. Seminar promotion and customized invitational brochure highlighting your organization.
3. Application and registration processing of all candidates.
4. Distribution of seminar and hotel/local information to all candidates.
5. Shipment of CPC Standards Manual and program materials to all candidates.
6. Administration and processing of examination and mailing certification package.
7. News release template and NFDA releases to national trade publications including The Director.
8. CE reporting (funeral and insurance licensing boards as applicable).
9. Program follow-up, ongoing CPC support, certification renewal.
10. Presenter travel and per diem expenses.
