In the April 9 issue of the NFDA Bulletin, you learned about a final rule issued by the National Labor Relations Board requiring employers to display a poster notifying employees of their right to unionize under the National Labor Relations Act. Several organizations filed a legal challenge to this new requirement and last week, a judge issued an injunction delaying the scheduled implementation date of April 30. NFDA will keep you posted on the status of the rule and any obligations you may have under it.
