What Do Your Families Really Think?

Last year, NFDA launched a partnership with OurSimpleSurvey.com to offer funeral home owners and managers a powerful, affordable way to help them measure client families' satisfaction. OurSimpleSurvey is a cost-effective survey tool to help you understand where your firm is exceeding your families' expectations and where you and your staff can improve the service you deliver.

With NFDA OurSimpleSurvey, client families of member and nonmember funeral homes can provide feedback about the services they have received by completing a customized online survey. A paper-based survey for families without internet access can be printed through the NFDA OurSimpleSurvey system.

When a family member completes a survey, the results are immediately emailed to a designated staff person at the funeral home. A report, with data organized into easy-to-understand charts and graphs, is emailed to the funeral home on a weekly basis. Additional reports can be viewed online, providing owners and managers rich data that can be used to improve staff performance and services offered by the funeral home.

Additional reporting options allow owners and managers the opportunity to analyze and compare data in a number of different areas, such as performance scores for families that choose burial and those that choose cremation, the satisfaction of at-need and preneed clients, the performance of each arranger and more. Owners and managers will also be able to compare their funeral home's performance with that of other funeral homes regionally and nationwide.
