If you renew your NFDA membership by December 31, 2010, you can lock in the 2010 dues rate and see no dues increase for 2011! If you renew after December 31, you will pay the 2011 dues rate.

When you renew your NFDA membership, you guaranty that your access to the wide array of tools and resources your national association provides remains uninterrupted. There are three ways to renew your membership for 2011

 

1. Online: Visit www.nfda.org/renew. When you renew online by December 31, you'll also be entered into a drawing to win a new iPad (32GB with Wi-Fi attached), valued at $599! When you renew online, you must enter a discount code to receive the 2010 dues rate (discount code is based on your firm's caseload):

2. Mail: Fill out the renewal materials you received in the mail last month.

When you renew your NFDA membership, don't forget to purchase a 2011 music license for each of your locations. With NFDA, you pay only $224 – the lowest rate available – for a music license covering all three licensing organizations (BMI, SESAC and ASCAP). In the last two years, the music licensing organizations have targeted funeral homes for inspections; getting caught without a license could result in a copyright infringement lawsuit with penalties up to $30,000.
