The National Funeral Directors Association's logo ("NFDA Logo") is a registered trademark of the National Funeral Directors Association ("NFDA") and may only be utilized in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Rules and Restrictions.
Who may use the NFDA Logo?
Individual Members, Firm Members, Retired Members, and Student Members of NFDA are provided a royalty-free, limited license to utilize the NFDA Logo in accordance with the restrictions set out below. If the membership of any Individual Member, Firm Member, Retired Member or Student Member lapses or is revoked or suspended, the member shall immediately discontinue the use of the NFDA Logo and remove it from all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, advertising, letterhead, business cards, brochures, signs and firm websites within ten (10) days of the loss of membership.

Review Process.
NFDA reserves the right to review the use of the NFDA Logo at any time. All members shall make any modifications to the use of the NFDA Logo as NFDA may direct in its sole discretion.
