NFDA will make your hotel reservation for the night of March 18; hotel check-in is 4 p.m./check out is noon.

If you need additional nights’ lodging, NFDA will make your reservations, based on availability, at your own expense. The rate is $135 per night, plus tax, with no meal plan. You are also responsible for any meals and incidental charges beyond what is being provided by NFDA for participation in the program.

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Emory Conference Center Hotel:

• Atlanta Airport Superior Shuttle
  Shuttle is available from Atlanta Superior Shuttle.
  Please visit the Atlanta Superior Shuttle website for rate information and reservations.
  Runs every 30 minutes to Emory area hotels
  Cost: One-way $30; Round-Trip $50
  Hours of Operation: 7 Days a Week; 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

  Shuttle service from the airport departs from the Ground Transportation Center.
  
  
• Public Transportation: MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority
  Bus and rail service, serves the Emory Conference Center Hotel. From Hartsfield International Airport take MARTA to the Lindbergh Station. From Lindbergh take the #6 bus directly to the hotel. Visit MARTA.

• Taxi
  Taxi service is available from all airport terminal taxi stands. Cost is between $30 and $50. Duration: approximately 30 minutes, but varies based on taxi availability.

Dress

The reception and group dinner are business casual and business attire is preferred for the seminar.

Must I attend the entire program?

Yes. The program starts at 6 p.m. on March 18 and goes through 3 p.m. on March 19.

What if I cannot attend?

If you are unable to attend, you forfeit your place and NFDA will select a person to take your spot. However, if you confirm your participation and do not show for the program, you will be charged for your lodging and meals.

Can my spouse or guest attend the program?

No. Only attendees selected through the random drawing of entrant names may attend.

Can my spouse or guest attend the welcome reception?

Yes. Notify NFDA in advance of your spouse’s attendance at the reception.

Can my spouse or guest attend the dinner?

Yes. Notify NFDA in advance of your spouse’s attendance to the dinner. You will be billed for the cost of their dinner.

Will I be reimbursed for travel expenses?

No. As part of your acceptance of participation in the Meet the Mentors program, you have agreed that travel expenses will be your responsibility.

Is there a charge for the program?

No. Once you are at Emory, the Meet the Mentors program is free, including the reception, dinner, breakfast and lunch during the event.

Will I be rooming with another participant at the Emory Conference Center Hotel?

No. You will have a private room.

Is there parking available at the Emory Conference Center Hotel?

Yes. There is no charge for hotel guests.
