NFDA Supports Bill To Improve Transparency During Regulatory Process
Posted: March 3, 2014
NFDA was one of 116 signatories on a letter sent to members of the House of Representatives last week encouraging passage of the Achieving Less Excess in Regulation and Requiring Transparency (ALERRT) Act of 2014 (H.R. 2804). This bill would make federal agencies more accountable and improve the transparency of actions by regulatory agencies.
Reminder: Your Participation Needed in Two Research Studies
NFDA has agreed to work with two organizations to conduct two different research studies. A random sample of NFDA members have been selected to receive survey invitations. If you received one, we hope you consider completing the survey. Your participation in either study is entirely voluntary and all of your responses will be kept confidential. Including input from members of the NFDA is crucial to the quality of these studies.
